About Westby Housing Authority

Low-income housing for those 18 years of age or older.

The Westby Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low-income residents through the Low-Rent Public Housing Administration.

This program is based on income and eligibility guidelines are defined by HUD.

There may be waiting lists for these loans, and sometimes the lists may be closed to new applicants depending on the size and length of the waiting lists.

All apartments include a refrigerator, stove, and window coverings.

24-hour emergency service personnel
Utilities included in the rent, except for cable and telephone connection.

Large laundry room set up to make it easier to complete the laundry.

Email delivered to a private mailbox inside the building.

Spacious communal areas for you to conveniently visit with other tenants, guests, family, and friends.

Parking near the building for easy access.

Pets are allowed with prior permission and all requirements must be met.
