Our Carver community was built in 1952 and is located next to our main office on Madison St on the South end of Frederick across from Lincoln Elementary School. This family-oriented community offers on-site maintenance, off-street parking, a playground, a community garden and community center.
Each apartment is equipped with gas heat, gas stove and water heating. These walk-up style apartments offer one to four bedrooms, tile floors, washer dryer hook-ups and wood kitchen cabinets. The apartment complex is located approximately five blocks from downtown Frederick.
All families in public housing may choose between a Formula Rent and the Flat Rent. Formula Rent is based on 30% of the household's adjusted income.
