About Dogwood Plaza Senior Housing

Dogwood Plaza was built in 2004 to provide affordable housing to very low income seniors age 62 and over.  The community has 50 one-bedroom apartments in a three-story building within a residential neighborhood.

    Individual climate control, which includes paid heat and air conditioning

    A limited number of accessible apartments for the mobility impaired
