Yes based on apartment size, could be 2 weeks to 3 months. Apply anyway asap. Take a tour first late in the afternoon on a Friday and see if this is the kind of atmosphere you’ll like. Answer posted on Feb 6, 2024

There is a lot of marijuana smoked in the property, in the units, out in the ac condensers, at the parks, in cars and in the doorways. These residents have not a care in the world that they can lose their kids and their housing voucher when caught. Because the majority of the residents are under the influence- children are unsupervised and their behavior can be erratic at times. I’ve not seen or heard of any drive-bys, break-ins or vandalism. The security gates do not work and haven’t for a long time. The pool is closed and in need of repairs. The exercise room is only available during office hours. You will see large aggressive dog breeds present. This place does have deposit assistance of some kind and they have a program that allows you to pay your monthly rent two weeks at a time. All for a fee of course. Maintenance and staff are kind and respectful. Police drive thru nearly daily. Right off the interstate. Answer posted on Feb 6, 2024
