Mutual Housing assumed ownership of Carter Court in September 2008. This 20 unit development was constructed in 2002. It is located seven miles from Hartford off Route 17 in Glastonbury, CT. The project offers a mix of 6 one-bedroom units, 8 two-bedroom units and 6 three-bedroom units housed in 5 two story buildings. There is a mixture of flats and townhouses with private entrances and backyard spaces.
All units have modern features: modern appliances, energy efficient windows and doors, new kitchens and bathrooms.
A community room was created to provide the resident with a place to meet and sponsor resident activities.
